    Pros

    Pretty decent pay, good benefits, some good co-workers.This company isn't going anywhere so it is a very stable job.

    Cons

    As a sales rep the most difficult is selling over priced add-ons. No one wants to pay $30 for a phone case when they can get them for a dollar on amazon.

    Advice to Management

    Keep it up, you guys know what you are doing.

    It has great pay and benefits and a friendly environment. Also, veru supportive.

    Cons

    The actual job sucks due to ridiculous customers and is slightly restrictive forpeople with free spirits.

    I have been working at Verizon Wireless full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Decent pay, opportunity to advance if you are in the right 'clique'. Great training especially leadership training. Ability to progress within the company if willing to relocate.

    Cons

    Hours are crazy, they expect you to have no life outside of that building. Bonuses continue to get cut. Abuse from management and employees is horrible. Very shady environment, people will lie and cheat to get ahead.

    Advice to Management

    Care about your employee instead of focusing on a number. Bring long term bonus incentive back and you may keep employees longer than a year. Get management on the same page and stop letting them form 'cliques'.

    Most management has never worked as an entry level associate for the company.

    Metrics based company they for the most part care about numbers. Performance based company where it use to be tenure

    Pros

    Great instructors, supervisors and support staff with a correct emphasis on customer needs. Great atmosphere to work in. Many levels in which to advance and grow.

    Cons

    I really don't have any cons to speak of. The reason I left was that call center work is not where my strengths are. The position was not the right fit. Verizon is a great place to work and they take care of their employees.

    Pros

    Good pay. Easy to climb the ladder lots of benefits great health insurance.

    Cons

    Stress of having to be on the phone all day almost non stop. Call center jobs are always tedious about time away from your desk but it's crazy how many calls there are without any breaks in between calls.

    Advice to Management

    Get more offline time. More snacks and more fun
