  • Pay and benefits were good although commissions began shrinking which is why I eventually left (in 205 reviews)

    Pros

    the benefits are better than military benefits and the prepaid tuition from day 1 of hire is awesome.

    Cons

    the commission payout is constantly changing to try to lower the reps pay

    try to produce a better work/life balance

    Pros

    Great money if you're a good salesman.
    Nice working conditions.
    Phenomenal benefits.

    Cons

    There is a commission cap.
    Extremely hard to move up in the company because you have to take a major pay cut and work more hours if you desire to become a manager or asst manager.
    Continuously looking for ways to get you to earn less money, so you have to constantly be looking how to counter those changes.
    Random hours of work.

    Advice to Management

    Managers and above should be required to read Dale Carnegie.

    Pros

    good pay, great benefits, room to move up

    Cons

    retail hours, sales usually passed on their customers to the CSR's to complete acct set up and activation so they could move on to the next customer and we wouldn't get any commission from that. Some sales reps were very greedy.

    Advice to Management

    They had fair management.
