    Pros

    Team is cool, paid sick, vacation, and personal time off. Great work environment with teammates

    Cons

    No work/life balance, hours are crazy, hard to get days off micromanagement, fighting over sales little to no training once in store you learn on your own. Commissions are all over the place and unreasonable. You have to lie to get sales

    Advice to Management

    Stop being greedy. The money comes in don't force employees to over sale the customer especially if you know they can't afford it

    Pros

    You will recieve good benefits, plenty of hours and there are oppurtunities to get promoted. A lot of young co workers help as well.

    Cons

    There are periods of time when the business is slow and that in return hurts your commission. There are times when you have to stand for long periods of time

    Advice to Management

    Please continue to hire young and talented talent. The structure of how customers are greated and served needs to be improved so we can get people in and out.
