    No loyalty

    Retail Sales Representative (Former Employee) Summerville, SC

    top notch training

    ConsOnce you have completed the training program, whether it be for customer service or retail sales, the expectations are very high and the micromanaging is intense! The monthly quotas in the store are border line insane. The company hires management from within and they do so with the top sales people or performer. This is a great incentive for these people, but it doesn't necessarily mean that they are management material. I have friends that have been working for the company for more than ten years now and their hourly rate is too high so the company is trying to push them out the door. It doesn't seem right to me!

    Advice to Senior ManagementTry and help your team members rather than threaten them with pip's and termination.
