Advice to Senior Management

Look beyond the borders of Denmark for new talent and fresh ideas for the company. Innovation won't happen if the company is burdened by bureaucracy and red tape.

Low pay and training compared to local competitors. Competitors training & opportunities to advance to $25.00 per hour withing 2 to 3 years. Vestas opportunities to advance to $17 or $18 in two to three years if you are lucky. Lead techs way to clicky and thinks he's a big shot.

Advice to Senior Management

Increase payscale to more than $15.00 starting wage , when competitors are starting at $18.00-$20.00. If you start at $15.00 and you only get one review per year it could take 5 years to achieve competitors starting wage. The benefits do not equall the wage loss.
