    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Viacom full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Viacom has great hours, people, and creative. It is a supportive company with lots of growth opportunity, vacation days, and family time. There are many lines of business with lot of opportunities to develop in many fields.

    Cons

There are a lot of people and a lot of approvals. It's a large company so information gets lost in the shuffle. It's located in times square which isn't a pleasant area to work in.

    Advice to Management

My advice to management is to keep developing employees and invest in new modern ways of work and communication.
