I worked at Viagogo full-time for less than a year
Pros – Colleagues, chilled-out working space, good pay
Cons – Employees not appreciated, heavy workload
Advice to Senior Management – It would be a good idea to show your employers that you appreciate them for the hard work they do every day. Otherwise, working at Viagogo was fun, but this was mostly because of the nice colleagues.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

I worked at Viagogo full-time for more than a year
Pros – Friendly colleagues (depending on your team)
Central office location (even though, depending of what you do, you could be sent to a shaddy part of town)
Cons – Salary is a joke
No HR department - poor training, no career progression, no benefits
"No team-players" as team leaders
Consistent miscommunication from management team/directors and across different teams
"Dubious" business models and questionable company's values
Advice to Senior Management – Shut the doors
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at Viagogo as a contractor
Pros – The people that work here are young and friendly. A lot of the time they were the only reason it wasn't horrible to come to work.
Cons – Management doesn't know what they're doing and you aren't given any real responsibility or a chance to grow your skillset. The company's values are also questionable.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
