    Pros

Beautiful facility. Looks good from the outside, however countless internal problems. It seemed as though they wanted you to succeed.

    Cons

Lots of red flags during the initial interview (which was long and drawn out) but kept at it due to the potential of it being a wonderful learning opportunity. Those in leadership positions (though not all) were very impersonable and seemed to practice favoritism. There was no specific training, and any training received was extremely sporadic, unorganized and had no structure. On my second week I brought this to the attention of a corporate employee whom told me I was more than welcome to put together a structured training manual for Vibra along with presentations that could be approved for all rehab facilities...... My thought, wow why isn't this completed already? Expected to perform within one month of starting but was given both time and resource constraints. Marketing trends practiced were both lacking and behind. Expected you to get the job done working part time when this is a 50+ hour a week position. No pipeline or communication as far as where the company plans for you to be in the future. Was told to skip my lunch to get the job done and that they were not sure of my investment because of my age. Don't waste giving 110% of your time to Vibra, invest it elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Don't give your employees excuses. Reassess your business development strategies and apply them correctly the first time around, or clean house.

    Pros

Innovative company. Vibra provides a niche for chronically, critically ill patients who require an extended hospital stay. The staff are experts at ventilator weaning and managing complex wounds.
Caring for the sickest patients with the most traumatic circumstanses can be very rewarding, especiallly when you se the miracles.

    Cons

Because the patients are so ill and the families have experience so much illness related stress it can be challenging at times.

    Advice to Management

We need to publish more successes and increase awareness of the amazing care that is provided at Vibra Hospital of Denver.

    Pros

Decent insurance, a few great nurses, love patient care, like the 3 days a week schedule.

    Cons

Worst management from top to bottom, impossible work load, no support from management, bad organization, treats employees very unfairly, and unsafe work load.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees fairly would be a great start

    Pros

Great environment. Staffs are very nice, helpful and appreciative with positive attitude. Flexible work schedule.

    Cons

Since it's LTAC, lacks the luxury of big hospital so it can be challenging at times but lots of support and help available

    Advice to Management

    Keep on improving

    Pros

I like my coworkers, they are the reason I have stayes so long

    Cons

Nurse to patient ratio is extremely unsafe. I am currently looking for a new job. Management only cares about money, they forget that we are dealing with human beings and these patients deserve better

    Advice to Management

Try putting yourself in the patient's place. Would you want your nurse to have six really sick patients to take care of?

    Pros

Pros- can take family member to better hospital. Write corp office and ask for changes in senior Management!!

    Cons

CEO lack of state knowledge and lack of ability maintain a safe patient environment. Rude to employees and family members and like to throw her weight and title around to family members.

    Advice to Management

Treat staff and family with respect. Come off your throne and learn to work and treat people as equals. Karma will get you for all you do to others. Current CEO is named Debra Hopps!! Beware of the repercussions from her for complaints about patient's care or making suggestion for improvements.
