    Pros

    I loved working here
The pink 50% discount was awesome , since we had to wear it.
The free merchandise was great every now and then
Also received a 30% discount on other Victoria secret merchandise .

    Cons

I can't really think of anything except the pack of pink employees to help on that side and management expects you to watch for shoplifting and help with customers . The pay was kind of low .

    Advice to Management

    Hire more pink employees

    Pros

The discounts and employee gifts are amazing, you come home smelling wonderful, you feel beautiful at work, if your are girly you would love this job

    Cons

your are standing up all day, inventory is the worst thing in the world, the pay is not that great. I got paid like 8.00 dollars per hour

    Advice to Management

Do not micro-manage so much, do not discriminate against customers who "look like" they will steal

    Pros

There are Good employee incentives given throughout the year and great training programs within this company for possible management positions.

    Cons

The aspect of my position that I didn't enjoy was dealing with the external shrink that my store would often encounter.

    Advice to Management

Provide more internship programs for associates looking to move into the corporate sector of the company

  6. Fun environment, but just a job

    Pros

    Cons

You don't get paid enough for the work you do, poor management (I worked at different stores), poor training, high turnover rate, Managers changing your time for their benefit, can't use them as a reference

    Advice to Management

Actually train your staff properly and be better at managing

    Pros

I loved getting a gratis just about once every month to get the latest bra for $15 , free- $3 panties, and new fragrances. I racked up a lot of bras over the past years. The hours as a core associate were fairly decent and overall was a great environment to work in.

    Cons

Folding panties all night was the worst part of the job! All the panty tables and panty drawers had to be 100% every night, meaning each panty has to be folded individually and color coded to ROY G BIV. It was usually hectic throughout the day so closers would typically be stuck doing about 85% of the panties.

    Advice to Management

Stop playing favorites and every once in a while try to actually manage instead of being in the office talking to your beau. Also, when setting goals for others (like credit) it helps associates to see that you're actually working hard to achieve your own credit goals as well.
