    Pros

Great discounts and free items all the time, you get a sort of high when more than 3 people to apply for the Angel Card

    Cons

Long hours, staff isn't always friendly to each other especially now with commission, can get very hard to deal with the customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More recognition for sales associates, spread hours out better.

I worked at Victoria's Secret Stores part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

the discount was great and the management was amazing. It may of just been my store but honestly the management seemed to care about me personally and I worked two jobs at the time and they were extremely flexible with my hours even letting me miss a shift if I got called into my other job (I'm a manager there).

    Cons

Overall I quit because retail wasn't for me and I had a better opportunity at my other job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    -great atmosphere
    -competitive work environment

-great benefits, 30% discount plus multiple free items and cheap items throughout the year
    -managers are really involved!

    Cons

-employers sometimes expect too much from minimum wage employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I would just suggest that the management provide ways for cashiers to get bonuses! The sales associates do, but I think sales associates should get bonuses depending on how many angel cards they get per month or something like that.
