    I worked at Videocon

    Pros

    Good learning experience, can get into multiple departments , know about multiple product it manufactures, you can get free hand to try and shape your skills on any machinery.

    Cons

    Personal growth is too slow, HR practices are not favorable for employees and hence even after lots of hard work one may feel disappointed.

    Please work on employee remuneration, Try to improve your HR practices, improve technologies at shop floor and promote growth and talent.

    In sales Salary is bare minimum....work environment non-professional.....expect minimum assistance from ur superiors...salary increment - don't expect.....for experienced ones they might have a different viewpoint.....

    Pros

    High quality,Innovation,Training,Friendly people were there.
    Though it was unpaid Internship, still it was the worth of time.
    The transportation facility is great.Good Canteen.
    A brand to work.

    Cons

    Most of the senior people I met was very rude but my guide was a great man.
    There is not much work for the employees.
    Only assembling job is done in India no technology development takes place.
    Their is lack of implementation of new idea and technology.
    The internship was unpaid.

    Please make some provision to pay some stipend if possible to the interns working at your center.

    The company needs to be less sales oriented and should have more well defined organizational goals. The higher management needs a serious change. Videocon is a huge brand and can reach great heights.
