Pros – Flexible work arrangement and schedule. Opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects and have interaction with senior management.
Cons – Very political for a small company. Management did not always get along and hence did not have the best interest of the company in mind. Occassionally tone deaf to what customers want.
Advice to Senior Management – Learn to get along and act professional.
Pros – The organization was fun at the beginning and as it matured. Archive and image exchange was built for heavy duty volume and the organization had lots of successes.
Cons – Management Turnover is consistent since the start, legacy employees weren't valued and most aren't there any more, management can't be wrong, organization can't sell, owners have conflicting interests and priorities which impact project/priority/strategy stops and starts.
Advice to Senior Management – When an employee withdraws from all benefits & 401k over a 2 year period, there is a good indication that a resignation is coming forward. Being arrogant and needy with customers is a bad combination.
