    I worked at Vigilar

    Pros

Vigilar has a small company culture, with lots of interesting things to work on. You can branch out and grow yourself professionally, plus they became the parent company of the IntenseSchool, so there was an opportunity to attend professional training as it fit into your schedule and was related to your job.

    Cons

lack of cash flow, very tight budgets, somewhat shifty business practices, and a lot of customer ill will related to previous senior management to overcome.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Probably needed to do a better job in due diligence against the acquisitions and opportunities for mergers that were recently attempted.

    Pros

They pay well, in the sales department, as long as you don't rock the boat.

    Cons

Lack of guidance, control, and vision
    non-existent internal communications
zero information security practice for internal networks
multiple super-user passwords that haven't been changed in over 5 years
    poor finances
    Management by "Sky Magazine"
Moved the sales quotas 4 times in 8 months

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    seppaku is an honorable option
stick with ONE plan, and let it bear fruit before changing it in 6 weeks
stop redirecting the sales team, they are good at what they do, despite your negative influence
create REAL and TANGIBLE marketing plans and sales materials
