    Pros

We are always striving to do better in how we provide services to our clients, community and the staff.

    Cons

Working with staff who are always negative. If you don't like Villa policies, communication then come up with a solution

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Mgmt could do a better job of visiting each dept and taking time to really listen to the staff

I have been working at Villa Esperanza Services

    Pros

Independent work schedule, easy to work with clients and when issues come up a supportive staff is available to help

    Cons

Lack of key communication, and hard to get hours. Even when asking for more work, got no feedback and lack of replies from most supervisors.

    Pros

The hours are good, and your lunch hour is paid because you are wacthing your clients.

    Cons

There is a pay rise freeze. You will not get a raise anytime soon or never.
You are sometimes looked down upon from Management. ( Not in our department but from others)
Sometimes there is too much work. ( Not for me, but the clients)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Appriciate everyone who works for you and the clients who are there.

Steer clear of this place unless you really need a job badly, it's a trap!

    Pros

There are some really nice people here.

    Cons

Be ready to work for a company ran by a bunch of abusive women in power. They will lie to you constantly, do whatever they want and please to give themselves bonuses, give out raises to their employees about once every six to seven years regardless of what you do, hire their own family members, and promote their own friends. It's just a bunch of bullies who enjoy toying with other people’s lives.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Step down and allow for new leadership to take place.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
