I worked at Villanova University as an intern (more than an year)

    Pros

The best thing about working here was the flexibility. I was able to attend all my classes, complete all the work I was assigned, and also be a student worker.

    Cons

The cons were sometimes there just wasn't enough work to go around.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have a list of projects available that people can assign themselves to. Have student workers come in when their is work to do as opposed to just coming in everyday.

I have been working at Villanova University

    Pros

Very flexible, very good work life balance. if you have college bound kids who are interested in going to VU, it will be well worth it

    Cons

If you kids want to go to elite schools, chances are the school will not on the tuition exchange list and it won't be beneficial.

I worked at Villanova University part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Considerate, dedicated Villanova Family produced award-winning results in the most wired campus. I enjoyed working here, and often stayed in the lab much longer in order to study and learn new software in order to implement the very best work. The results were rewarding, and I was later able to create my own web page in my spare time on weekends.

    Cons

This position only offered while a student.
