Advice to Senior Management – Up the training. Get serious about it. Listen to the employees, salaried and hourly. Associates give a lot, respect them. Stop changing your policies so much. Find something that works and stick with it. Stop the favoritism with select management.

Pros – the sunshine pay system get paid double time if needed .Sunshine pay is if you get paid for eight hours if six hours worked . If you work twelve hours you get paid for sixteen.
Cons – This company takes over sanitation contracts from poultry and meat packing companies .They promise you a whole lot to keep you working with this company but once they accquire the contract to work in these plants .they treat their workers like slaves and change their rules very often alot of times the overtime is cut out and themanagements rules are so tedious and they will write you up
for minor infractions very often.The benefit package is so bad no eye or dental insurance just medical insurance.They also have no direct deposit we have to wait for paper checks that you cant cash most of the time because it has a hard time being read.Qsi also there supervisors are very unprofessional and rude and most of them are uneducated and have no business being supervisors or plant managers.qsi as a whole likes to hire illegall immigrants i know this for a fact because when they took over the sanitation contract at butterball all of the illegalls that were fired by butterball were hired by qsi slowly but surely.As a whole qsi also will terminate you after the accquire these contracts because most associates that worked at butterball sanitation were making between 12-14 dollars a hour and qsi top pay for supervisor is only 400 dollars a week.Anyone reading this company has a 95 percent turn over rate if you are not hispanic you can not move up in this company .Dont fall for their empty promises or sunshine pay gimmick.when they take over contracts they will fire you in six months or less.
Advice to Senior Management – The advice i would offer to management is to be more organized and to get a direct diposit system and stop hiring thugs and illegal immigrants as supervisors and managers.Anotherbit of advice is to establish more than for missed days a year off
