    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

They are good with allowing you a work:life balance. Working from home is never a problem and they are flexible with hours to accommodate traffic, children, appointments, etc.

    Cons

Senior management is oblivious to the day to day goings on of their employees. Often unrealistic demands are placed on middle management (and lower).

    Advice to Management

They really need to spend a few weeks working in the roles of their staff to understand our challenges and areas that help is required.

    Pros

At Wine Rack it is the colleagues and customers that make the best reason for working at Wine Rack

    Cons

Pay raises for Wine Merchants stop after four years = no reward for loyalty, customers like to be remembered its like the TV Show 'Cheers' where everyone knows your name - Wine Merchants Have to come to work even if sick and spread it to colleagues and customers

    Advice to Management

Have senior management work in stores for a month with no special treatment and find out what the job as a Wine Merchant actually consists of - and why the pay is not comparable with LCBO
