Current Employee – been working at Vinod full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Good human resource policy for employees. The employees are happy to work for the company. Even in rough working environment the employees do not feel bad.
Cons – Low payment. The salaries little low compared to other companies in same sector. The compensation needs immediate review.
