Nice having 4 days off every other week.

If you like sweating all day long and running around frantically to pick heavy glass up then this job is for you. I don't see how people can do this job for 20 years.

    Pros

Exciting fast paced manufacturing environment. Great products for the marketplace.

A culture of don't rock the boat exists here. If the company does not agree with you they just make you gone! I have seen many great people let go from this company.
