I love the company image and culture, and working with international guests.

Not many opportunities for growth, ad the economy has effected salaries too

Be more open to feedback and ideas from employees, and reward the good ones you have!

Low pay, with few raises (.25 cents after a year)
Frequently understaffed
Management is non very hands-on
Annoying customers
Too many closing tasks

Advice to Senior Management

Make sure the stores are well staffed enough - I was sometimes one of two people in the entire store working the floor and registers (and the store was huge)
Increase the pay and raises

Completely incompetent management, spendthrifts, idiots, fools.

You are not Movie producers, live with it. Don't spend money like drunken sailors.

It's an incredibly hip place to work - definitely fun.

Work like a dog - not great oversight from Virgin Board.

Know what goes on in all the areas - senior mgmt just a lot of bs.

Very entrepreneurial environment, smart and humble people, and relaxed atmosphere.

Cons

Start-up company so did not have the same name recognition. Bonus that it is a Virgin Group company.
