I worked at Virginia Tech part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

flexible hours (even for the full-time), nice people, decent pay, free meal each shift, if you're a hard worker it's pretty easy to get promoted.

    Cons

it's easy to get promoted, but there's not much incentive to become a manager.. pay raise isn't much compared to all the extra responsibilities they give you.

    Advice to Management

i wish there were some perks for people who worked there for all their college years. some recognitions or bonus would've been nice.
