You will learn the work faster because you would be forced to do lot of work.
There are some good managers at virtusa but also most worst project managers.
But, it has very strong team leads, senior engineers, engineeers, associate engineers. They are very helpful, motivate and encourage you in growing. The strength of these people is the strenght of Virtusa. I like them the way they taught and support me.
Cons
My project manager, he doesn't even know how to treat employees. He is a selfish and he always thinks about his benefits.
He doesn't not care growth of the employees n their personal lives. He always makes you to sit and work. But he manages all these stupid things at his boss and higher management.
He promises promotions/changes in work/payments etc. But, when time comes he says when did I say?
I do not know much about other managers.
People gets irritation and choose to leave bcz of this kind of managers.

Please please don't encourage this kind of managers.

Employee should be treated the same in all conditions because they work in the same way both during recessions or boom times
