    Pros

Good Company to work for. Envisioned to grow into a Billion Dollar Company in the days to come. Building up the Millennial Solutions forte to cater to the changing trends. Leading BPM Solutions Partner of Pega. Good Launch Pad provided for Freshers.

    Cons

Need to be quick to adapt to changes. HR is never approachable. Growth and good ratings are mostly based on the good rapport shared with the Manager/Seniors.

    Pros

Very good scope for learning, especially for Freshers. A lot of very talented people are there who are always ready to help and guide. Good pay for Laterals.

    Cons

Work life balance is not that good. Most projects requires developers to work like hell. Same experienced laterals will get more salary that those working hard within the company, hence the high attrition rate.

    Advice to Management

Don't look for good employees outside the organization when you can find a lot of better people within the organization. Stop paying for Laterals and start taking care of employee who joined as freshers and served for many years, i have seen a lot of highly talented senior developers leave the organization just because they were ignored by the organization when asked for benefits and they were replaced by useless junk from outside who are payed twice but are good for nothing

    Pros

Easy to navigate among departments to find a good role, smart people around. Good upper management, positive environment for women employees

    Cons

Freshers, which constitute 60% of a project team, are not paid well, and are demotivated. Salary review happens in March, but is in effect from August (so 5 months of salary hike is gone), bad quality of food in cafetaria,
