    Big clients, nice atmosphere to work, snacks after 6, free cab facility for some client process, Good building and cafetaria

    Pros

    Good Company to work for. Envisioned to grow into a Billion Dollar Company in the days to come. Building up the Millennial Solutions forte to cater to the changing trends. Leading BPM Solutions Partner of Pega. Good Launch Pad provided for Freshers.

    Cons

    Need to be quick to adapt to changes. HR is never approachable. Growth and good ratings are mostly based on the good rapport shared with the Manager/Seniors.

    Pros

    Good place to work. Great career opportunities,onsite opportunities. New tools and technologies taught and wonderful experience. Can recommend for freshers

    Cons

    Work life balance not very good. Hectic project schedules. Mostly rework kind of projects and no fresh development.team sizes are very small.

    Hard working and talented people should be recognized and given best opportunities than people who are closer with the management
