    Pros

Right size for the company, very good leadership at Client Services and Delivery level, Good health benefits

    Cons

Age old IT policy. Low HR communication with employees' reporting managers plus low awareness of reporting managers about direct reports. This results in good employees ending up with subpar ratings and compensation, leading to frustration or resignation. Onsite per-diem structure not updated for years in relation to changes in the environment.

    Advice to Management

Embrace new approaches, have a more generous head of finance who does not draw profits out of the employees' compensation and benefits.

    Pros

You get to see a good cross section of technology issues across different industries and clients

    Cons

Internally there are some disconnects. The culture is a bit strange since most employees are not working at the same site.

    Advice to Management

The company boasts of a good connection among employees across V+ and internal systems, but in reality they don't speak very well together and often create more work for the employee to get them to work well for you.
