    Pros

The intelligence and talent exists to produce a quality product/service for clients.

    Cons

Management is ONLY concerned with making money and winning awards. The employees don't factor anywhere on the firm's list of priorities. The employee experience is very poor. The infrastructure is worse than at a small start-up.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees like humans and not cash registers.
Spend money to improve the employee experience and your out-dated infrastructure.
