    Some departments aren't structured enough, meaning some of them could use an overall manager.
    Not much room for non-clinical staff to be promoted/smaller company.
    Benefits are more expensive than most.

    Promote better communication/communication styles which are professional-sounding.
    Promote completing work within work hours.

    Wonderful community outreach, Great employee atmosphere, Worked with the Meals on Wheels program, so the work was rewarding and fulfilling, developed great realtionships with clients and social workers.

    Upper Managment scandals and human resources to involved with employees personal life, Mangement showed favortism, and had a lack of communication

    The VNA is always respectful and fair to its employees. They stive for an open and honest in their communication. They welcome the diversity that staff member bring to the organization and they embrace perspectives that come from outside the box. The VNA has a real sense of family/team. The employees take great pride in their jobs.

    The VNA is a very hard working organization.

    Management on the department and Supervisory levels in some areas is horrible
    Hiring process is rediculious for what they are paying
    left hand does not know what the right hand is doing
    no training initiatives for new staff , learn as you go
    moral sucks
    a lot of work for little pay
