    Pros

Good benefits, you will find a location near you, several employment opportunities available all the time.

    Cons

Poor organizational skills, for some positions the pay is low, management can be unrealistic sometimes

    Advice to Management

Definitely this company would benefit from several courses or education about costumer service. Also the clinic is understaffed all the time, we need more staff for several departments. A little bit more of fresh ideas among the VP's will be great.

    Pros

    free ice cream on occasion

    Cons

micromanagement, long, drawn out, over done and ridiculous orientation. Depends on who your manager is. Terrible computer system. Timed charting. No independance. Home health is not supposed to be micromanaged, they are overly insisting the clinitions attend stupid inservices over and over. Pretty much a 12-14 hour day.

    Advice to Management

Assist with lab values, notifying MD’s, notifying patients, finding ways to help the clinition instead of spending the whole day chatting and auditing charts staring at the computer into space. Jump in and assist with daily needs, allow some freedom of the RN taking care of the patients, don’t sit and micromanage the whole day. Give some room to people, don’t be so stuffy.

    Pros

Flexible hours, dedicated employees who work hard despite a lack of respect and input from managers.

    Cons

Horrible management. Managers would insult patients and employees behind their backs; President of company prefers to hide in her office rather than address employee favoritism and morale issues; marginal HR department.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees and address real problems in employee favoritism, teach your managers how to manage employees.

    Pros

I love the patients and the work itself is great.

    Cons

Too much work to complete in 40 hours per week. Horrible benefits. Compensation plan is confusing and not beneficial to employees compared to the promises of salary and compensation that are promised before you start.

    Advice to Management

Change the Compensation plan and keep the caseloads lower in order to provide better patient care and a better balance for work and home life of nurses. Burn out rates are very high and morale is very low due to the demanding work load.
