    Run while you can

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Van Buren Township, MI

ProsPay was Ok and the campus was nice.
There are some great working level employees trying to make things right with bad management decisions.
Other than that there isn't too much positive to say about Visteon.

ConsToo many upper level managers that have no leadership skills or abilities to be role models. Still way too many old Ford carryover managers that have no clue how to be a supplier. Lots of pay and perks for the top levels with only medoicre ones coming back to those at the bottom.

Benefits continue to be whittled away and the burden passed onto the employee.

Lots of people doing multiple jobs because many that have left haven't been replaced. Lots of things that we used to do now slip off the table due to lack of resources.

No longer a manufacturing compay in the US with minimal NA manufacturing capabilities, so global capabilies is no longer a fitting statement.

Putting lots of their eggs in the China basket, hope the basket was made in the USA as the bottom might fall out.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to remember your employees are you assets as the job market is getting much better and those with the skills and abilities will leave.
