Pros
They have extremely good benefits. Lots of time off. The people I worked with were a little bit on the older crowd (45+), still very friendly (to a certain extent).
Cons
Everything else. Zero room for growth if you're starting out your career. No communication or input is ever asked for or taken seriously. While working here, I've done the same thing straight, and when changes are made to procedures, don't expect someone to tell you or let you know. These people have been doing their job for 15+ years and they forget that there are other people here. In software group, no one talks to each other. And if you start out, don't expect anyone to "mentor" you. You're on your own from day one.
Advice to Senior Management
