    I worked at Vita Coco

    Pros

A fun, collaborative company to work for. There is plenty of opportunity to create innovate strategies to increase customer loyalty. Management is extremely supportive and encouraging.

    Cons

Marketing is an as needed basis. I loved what I was doing for them as far as promoting Vita Coco on a college campus. However, they terminated the program across the country due to the increase in sales in the target market.

I have been working at Vita Coco as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

The people are friendly & they have an awesome team atmosphere. The people at Vita Coco are as loyal to the brand as the consumers.

    Cons

Networking with distributors are improving as new techniques arise. The incentives have come along way for all employees to enjoy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is not one 'right' way to manage. Set clear expectations, give rationale & understanding, & give positive or constructive feedback.
