    I worked at Vitel Communications

    Pros

Good training and learning experience. Many long nights, but the skills of a cable tech are transferable to any Telecom company

    Cons

The company changes policies and procedures a lot. I guess that is the downside of working for a contractor of Comcast.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Become a tech focused company. Everyone needs a job and we are willing to work. Please try harder to balance the company and employee needs.

    Pros

The only pro thing about working here was that I already knew the job and didn't need training.

    Cons

No attention to safety issues. Long hours at minimum wage pay. Poor management lack of communication amongst teams.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Provide training for new techs. Provide safety equipment when it comes to climbing telephone poles.
