    Excellent company. Forward thinking.

Vice President Human Resources (Former Employee) Calgary, AB (Canada)

ProsGreat management. Allow a far degree of flexibility in decision making. Leaders are interested in employees and make every effort to resolve issues quickly/

ConsLike every company, asking staff to be more efficient and do more with less. Losing a bit of direction fro senior management.

    Good pay, horrible culture.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Regina, SK (Canada)

    ProsIt ticks the compensation box.

ConsThere is no inspiring leadership; it's micro-managing at its finest. If you work in a support group, (IT, marketing, comms, ,etc.) be prepared to be treated with disdain. In the minds of the business groups, your area doesn't bring in money to support the org, so you have no real value.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop running your business like it's 1985. The world has moved on in many ways, you should too.

    Maintenance (Current Employee)

ProsIn all fairness we were just bought out by Viterra and haven't seen any change in the last year.

ConsThey have changed nothing for the positive that I see on the maintenance side.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou completely have forgotten that ants build the hill, not the Queen.

    Booking truck freight.

Truck Freight Specialist (Former Employee) Regina, SK (Canada)

ProsGood benefits and opportunities for advancement.

ConsManagement is lacking in training on how to actually manage people. Sometimes you get lucky with a great boss and the next job can be an absolute nightmare.

Advice to Senior ManagementRemember that people do not leave bad jobs, they leave bad managers.
