    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I have always had pretty good / strong managers, but that's also because I am efficient at doing my job. People who are lazy typically don't like their bosses :) I have never had problems with anyone in a leadership position above me or parallel to me other than the typical debates about the direction of a project or two.In addition my managers have always been pro-active about making sure I was a happy employee.
