    Pros

    - Comfortable - Flexible - Approachable Executive Staff and C - Level - Hard Workers - SNACKS! - Ideas and innovation are accepted from anyone at any level

    Cons

    - Getting a little tight on space, my be time to expand the size of the main headquarters - SNACKS! ( good for obvious reasons, bad for obvious reasons) - Interdepartmental communication is getting better, but thats an expected problem for a company thats has grown at the speed Vitrue has, but as noted - its def getting better

    Advice to Management

I have always had pretty good / strong managers, but that's also because I am efficient at doing my job. People who are lazy typically don't like their bosses :) I have never had problems with anyone in a leadership position above me or parallel to me other than the typical debates about the direction of a project or two.In addition my managers have always been pro-active about making sure I was a happy employee.
