I have been working at Vizada

    Pros

We're in an exciting, challenging and interesting business, making it fun to work for this company and in this industry.

    Cons

We've been purchased and sold and purchased and sold and purchased again......... soon to be sold again, so this situation causes a bit of stress but the people who are really talented, know their stuff and are very good in their jobs needn't worry.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to stop the ever increasing cost of health insurance/benefits for the employees.

    Pros

You earn knowledge and experience in bureaucracy and backstabbing.

    Cons

List too long to write here. Here are some.
    - Two points of violation in job contract.
    - Travel allowances never paid back.
    - People with no knowlwdge of IT or any management skills suddently become "managers".
    - No encouragement for a job well done.
    - Bureaucracy is important.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

For a SAtellite communcation company, how about developing some line of communcation within the company itself?.
