    Pros

Smart, quick, and thoughtful colleagues. I've worked at larger global advertising firms before, but this is the type of company where you want to work for your entire career. The leadership is solid, and when you voice a concern or question, your opinion is heard and makes a difference.

    Cons

The clients can be demanding at times...but who doesn't enjoy a challenge?

I worked at Vladimir Jones full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

I made great friends in a really negative environment.

    Cons

Does not allow for work life balance. Does not appreciate employees hard work. Does not hold individuals accountable for not putting in a good work effort. There is a favorites system. Leadership is not involved, and makes decisions and changes that negatively impact employees and work flow. Has not won a significant amount of new business in years. Is not an inspiring place to work. Firing Squad Fridays is a real thing.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Strive to better empower your employees to do their best work, and when they do recognize and be thankful for all they do. Stop treating your employees as dispensable numbers. Hold people accountable for the good work they do as well as the people who take advantage of others hard work.

    Pros

Worked with some great people...the beer fridge was always nice! There were always nice touches in the office to keep things fresh and fun.

    Cons

The media department needed to do a better job of splitting up clients when I was there...from what I hear, it has improved since, but it was very easy to get stuck in a rut working with one client who kept things the same all the time. It made the job very monotonous.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Let everyone have a slice of the fun clients...and keep making the every day stuff exciting!
