    Pros

None surprised! This is what the fact is...

    Cons

Self made leaders at the top never deserve got because their where no other left so left with only remaining junk.

Evident very clear in the present scenario the company is..... A sharp decline finding difficult to retain what in hand...

Losing projects because of very low quality work btw their is no dedicated team for quality so very much expected of poor project management.

I have been working at Vmoksha Technologies full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

None, you will get screwed by the arrogant and egoistic CEOs(recently promoted for their ego) and management.

    Cons

Everything. No final settlement, no infrastructure, no proper rules(except their timings and silly egoistic logic, my foot).
No projects in house for long stretches, simply recruiting people for outsourcing(for them also no settlement)

Egoistic and illegal activities by management(fossil award winning managers, who has been made CEOs as they have a habit of forcing their decisions on employees and are rotting there for more than 10 years each !)

No pantry, no team outings(not at all !) not even an extra cup of tea they provide to their employees, god !!
Full of politics and favourism, all over !

    NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED !!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop your egoistic decisions and try to get projects for the sake of your employees. Don't play smart by firing them at their hike time and give silly reasons and play ostrich . Make your employees happy, not the clients !!

I worked at Vmoksha Technologies full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

From day one I worked at their client place for support work and the movement project got over vmoksha also stopped paying me and left alone to search suitable job within month that too without any pay, absolute zero growth as their are hardly any projects all they do is body shopping.

Forget about talking on office culture and training their only focus is how to earn & make profits without any investment.

CEO has moved out after that they have promoted two sr employees as 2 CEO's how funny 100 people company with 2 CEO this is just to satisfy their Ego's, They so immature doesn't understand how to react and resulting in loosing all good people.. Chairman is one Hitler character his mind only work for destruction and always do all illegal things.

Worst is they never pay your final settlement which also includes your last month salary I don't know how can they keep employees hard earned money.

    Cons

Stay far its like entering in this if you need to screw ur career.

No people with leadership qualities so forget about career growth.

As soon as your turn come for appraisal they ask you to leave or threaten of removing.

Nothing good I am sure very soon they will be past.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be a responsible person if you are not able to give proper career you don't have any rights to at least spoil. Their are so many cases against you; you better get rid of those.

I worked at Vmoksha Technologies full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    - Only thing is freshers will get opportunity to learn but not much (which is happening in all small & medium companies) , so its also not considerable .

But Learning is not only the way to start the career, there are 100's of company who will give support for freshers and others.

Better don't choose this company even though you are fresher.

    Cons

I worked in this company between 2008-10 in IS team as Associate Systems Engineer (Almost 2.5 yrs)
It was very horrible to work.
Employer use to do all kind of non-sense, frauds, etc, all IS team members who worked over there knew it clearly (Including me).
As a IS team member, I came to know many things about it.
They never treated as employee also they refused to give fianl settlement not only for me.
all the employees who left the company.
Legal advisor ofthis company says that vMoksha will not give the settlement, if you really need face them leagally by filing a case against us.
If you call them or go to office (sorry for saying it as office), they will say directly that you will not be getting the settlement, if needed do whatever you want.

It's been almost 4 yrs, still i'm running behind this ------- company.

    - Employee satisfaction won't be there...
    - Once employees resigned, they have to forget about their final settlement whomever it will be... (I'm also one of those Employees)
    - Employer will screw you for unwanted reasons
    - Employees will be treating in very low manner
    - Employer will only look for revenue & not sharing with Employee even through its running in profit end.
    - No proper facility @ office ( Wash will not be clean, No Pantry)
    - There is no Display - Company Board out side of the company
    - this is the only company which will remove the NAME Board of company whenever they want.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Team,
Kindly learn to behave professionally with employees as well office boys and settle the final settlement for employees (Including me).
If treat Employees as child, they will take care of you very well which you can't imagine.

I have been working at Vmoksha Technologies full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Nothing positive here. They are biggest cheater in market.

    Cons

I was working in vmoksha technologies. I joined this company in Nov 2009 and resigned on June 2010. As soon as I resigned the stopped paying salary to me and asked to serve one and half (1.5) months notice. After serving the notice they released me but they didn't pay the settlement amount that is of one and half month of salary. I communicated so many times to them regarding the settlement amount, initially they toll will get it very shortly but now they are saying we are not going to give you the settlement amount. If you want go and fight in court. This kind of cheating they are doing to each and every employee of that company who left.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay the final settlement amount to every employee immediately without failing. You cant grow as a company by doing fraud to your employees. CCM5 certificate giving authorities, please take the certificate back from them. They are biggest fraud.
