Details
Pros
The company has Advanced technology; VocalTec is Public company so you can sell your options; The employees are very nice
Cons
To the employees there is NO respect from the CEO; In the company low salaries; The management is very Very centerlized
Advice to Senior Management
Be more open to the employees. empower the managers under you; Try to listen to others, some time they have smart things to say.

Pros
Payment is as average. Good hours if you want not to work to hard
Cons
Many. Bad management that has very little vision. Hard if not possible to get promotion.
Advice to Senior Management
Get some Vision and stop be afraid of your shadow.
