Cons – none for now it is still great working here. every company has its ups and downs

Pros – Met a lot of good people. I learned a lot.

Cons – The systems were always offline, Customer care hardly helped. And our incentives weren't as good.

Pros – In Vodacom we work with new and advanced technologies that are interesting and rewarding. The working environment is also great with a pleasant atmosphere. There is good alignment between the business objectives and customer needs that provide a feeling of real purpose.

Cons – The corporate politics, like every organisation of this size, is counterproductive. Further the obsession with speed leads to a lot of rework and frustration.

Advice to Senior Management – Pieter Uys is doing a great job, he leading well and is pushing the right buttons in terms of startegy. I think he is a bit conservative and that Vodafone is not making his lifeany easier with there demanding approach.
