Pros
Good people, cosmopolitan and vibrant workforce, good work environment, and good canteen and coffee shop. Great management, and home working.
Cons
hard to progress within company. Lots of organisational change.
Advice to Senior Management
Too much money wasted on projects, and too much outsourcing.
Pros
It is a customer and revenue focused organisation. The perks include free phones and opportunity to travel withiin the group. There was a good redundancy package too.

like many UK multinationals in Ireland much of the revenue, spending, direction and decisions gets dictated by external folk. Job losses and endless re-organising drain energy and passion.
