Constant flow of projects and opportunities

As a marketing centric organisation, there can be quite a lot of time wasted on 'fluffy' issues instead of delivery

Put a structured job progression path in place. Encourage professional development.

Good people, cosmopolitan and vibrant workforce, good work environment, and good canteen and coffee shop. Great management, and home working.

Too much money wasted on projects, and too much outsourcing.

It is a customer and revenue focused organisation. The perks include free phones and opportunity to travel withiin the group. There was a good redundancy package too.
Cons
like many UK multinationals in Ireland much of the revenue, spending, direction and decisions gets dictated by external folk. Job losses and endless re-organising drain energy and passion.
Advice to Senior Management
It ain't easy and what goes around comes around - so be fair and decent to everybody. Comply with the ethics policy as well as the other policies.
