Pros

open minded environment, great co-workers mentality. unfortunatelly very few people do give attention and value your efforts, and try to help you in all ways possible.

Cons

sluggish organisation, if your product/service/proposition is not highly appreciated, things are simply not done.
back stabbing is another issue to take care of (cma). You get easily exposed on things out of your control.

Advice to Senior Management

think strategically, not tactically. Listen to middle level mgnt since they are dealing with practically all the "dirty" work. Being red is not only about the color...
