I have been working at Vodafone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Competitive salary, commission, share incentive plan, pension scheme and discounted connections to friends and family

    Cons

Vodafone provides internal learning portal for employees to get certification, however, there's no support from management to complete those courses. Internal job postings application process is quick but Recruitment team seems not interested in following up with you and your application remains in review for ages.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

After working with more than a year with Vodafone outsourcer and over 9 months with Vodafone itself, I realised company internal communication is weak and Sales people lack in product training.
