    I worked at Vodafone

    Pros

Discount on tariffs for friends and family

    Cons

To say you're just a number is an understatement.

Vodafone endlessly acquire other companies without really understanding how they operate, making poor decisions and lack of judgement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communication needs to be improved and they need to listen to their teams more, they know what they're talking about...

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Vodafone as a contractor

    Pros

I was on contract with no extra benefits

    Cons

I was not paid for delays/overtime which were caused by VF nor did I get my expenses although I was promised an amount for travel and phone calls

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The manager I dealt with made a lot of promises re: payments and expenses that she was either not in a position to make in the first place or that she ultimately decided not to fulfil. This ruined what was an otherwise enjoyable project.
