“Only go to Volt as a start in your career, not to stay”

Pros

Good place to start in staffing, not so good to stay. This company has been around for a very long time which is good, and they have some very large clients, which is good, and the front line managment is excellent, but the upper management really does not get how much bigger they could be.

Cons

Upper managment has no perspective on what could be done to add value to the company. Their view is VERY narrowly scoped, worse part is they do not think so. They could be much bigger and stronger and it would be productive for them to look at that. Guess there is a lot of cronyism.

Advice to Senior Management

Allow new ideas to trickle up through some people other than people that have been there for 20 years.
