    Pros

    Flexible hours, decent pay for the work. Best Call center job I've worked. Wish I could've stayed.

    Job is great but you need thick skin to work with some costumers.

    Always great experience to work for a nationally recognized staffing firm.

    Cons

    Many upper management and internal structure changes made all at once. Left many employees uneasy.

    it was good pay. friendly co-worker.

    Cons

    no holiday pay, no paid off time. not much help from manager.

    Advice to Management

    onsite manager needs more effort to support us.

    Pros

    Volt is a great company if you're wanting to get your feet wet in the staffing industry. The culture is very diverse and they are extremely flexible.

    Cons

    work gets repetitive. You find yourself working on the same stuff for months at a time. which isn't necessarily bad, just means, people feel complacent easily and that rolls over into their work ethic.
