I have been working at Vonage full-time

    Pros

Voyage does a great job as a company with showing employee appreciation. They provide the staff with company outings, a great working facility, company sponsored lunches and even provide free coffee, snacks, and soft drinks on a daily and unlimited bases. The benefits program is excellent and inexpensive and they provide an adequate amount of paid time off. This is one reason why I battled with only awarding 2 stars.

    Cons

Vonage is very top heavy with senior management. They do a poor job of setting company goals and aligning and communicating those goals amongst the various departments. This causes mass confusion and no one is working with clear and defined goals which drives the inability of sucess. They also have no set standard on employee reviews or how a good employee will or could be successful in their environment.

    Advice to Management

Stop and align! Set standards, define practices, set goals, align departments, hire more resources at the worker bee level and create defined organizational charts.

    Pros

    Food allowance, and nice building.

    Cons

Management is terrible. No support or direction. Most will back stab you any chance they get. Some people are ok, but the ones that are good and nice will get put down. No advancement at all but only to those that are the best at back stabbing and are personal friends. The product they sell is old technology. Also they will make every effort to scam the clients, they even built it into the system. Very unethical culture.

    Advice to Management

Fire your selves if that is possible and hire all new management.
