Pros – Treated like a true professional; trust runs deep in this company. Back when there were curriculum development contracts employees were free to telecommute and the work environment was outstandingly happy.
Cons – Contract futures have waned; not sure what happened with contract sustainability but with the loss of contracts, obviously, went the jobs. This once proud, large company has been cut to bare bones over the past three years. I long for the glory years of 2010 & 2011!
Advice to Senior Management – Get more curriculum building contracts where employees can telecommute and be happy to turn around excellent product quickly.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – The rythm is OK, the boss are OK, the building is new. You can have access to every people on the same site.
Cons – The location is a bit far from everything ; the budget are, for the most, decreasing. Only a few production are made off site, most of reports are built at desk.

Pros – Great "family" feel. This organization is very employee friendly from CEO down to front line workers. Salary levels are good for a small organization.
Cons – Too scattered across multiple business areas resulting in confusioin with regard to priorities. Management sometimes fails to communicate priorities resulting in last minute work requirements.
