“great foundation with misguided senior management”

Pros – Open to new ideas, great culture, people
Cons – Senior management lacks sticking with objectives - they change frequently and this leads to semi-completion of product and business objectives and inefficient use of resources.
Advice to Senior Management – Get a strategy, stick to it, and figure out what kind of company you are.
