Very comprehensive training in debt collections techniques - including 1-on-1 training throughout and followup from senior management. Most co-workers are easy to get along with.

Cons

Stress from being constantly immersed in a negative work environment - full of yelling, swearing. Management are inflexible. Career advancement opportunities and little to nil within the company as it is a very small operation - one might retain the same job titles after toiling on the collections floor for years. Constant turnover of employees from dissatisfaction stemming from constant criticism from management regarding performance (and management tends to make these criticism public, which makes matter worst).

Advice to Senior Management

Have more understanding to the individuality of employees.
