    * Good people * Decent career path * Good products to sell

    * A lot of bureaucracy * Quick to eliminate sales / other jobs * Tied to construction market, so jobs aren't overly secure

    I did like Fred Festa - believe he is trying to the best for WR Grace. Seems to genuinely care about his employees

    Pros

    I thought the benefits and the ability to work for a global company in a great location was very desirable.

    Cons

    The management was very unpredictable. Lots of turnover. The management was always focused on quarterly results and not forward thinking for a leading company.

    Treat employees better and focus on long term growth.
