I have been working at WAI (Weidlinger Associates) full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

People are friendly. Senior management people are not uptight and provides flexible and relaxed work environment for work.

    Cons

No communication about company's vision and direction. No transparency. No communication how the company is doing or what we should do to be successful. Also the compensation for employees, like bonus, is very secretive, selective and divisive.
